    1 --2 large,meaty,yummy slabs of pork spareribs, cut into 2-rib portions
    2/3 cup Black Strap molasses
    1 cup Jack Daniels Cooking Sauce
    1 can of Root Beer your favorite--we use FROSTY
    3 tablespoons DELI type mustard
    3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce or as much as you DARE
    1 /2 teaspoon paprika

    Heat ribs and enough water to cover.In large saucepan over high heat; bring to boil.

    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes or until ribs are tender.

    Drain.

    Preheat oven 375.

    Combine molasses, Jack Daniels sauce,root beer , mustard andpepper sauce in sauce pan and bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer while ribs are getting tender.
    Drain Ribs

    Place ribs in broiler type pan
    Brush ribs with sauce.

    Heat for 15 minutes or until heated through, turning every 5 minutes and brushing often with sauce.

    USE EXTRA SAUCE FOR DIPPING or store in an air tight bottle for another day--Keep in refridgerator
