In skillet, cook (4 green onions), sliced, (1 red bell pepper), diced, and (1 clove garlic), minced, in (1 tbs. olive oil) 5 min. Stir in (1 pkg. 8.8 oz brown ready rice). Add (2 tbs. water) and (1 tsp. oregano), stir until
blended. Heat 5 min. Place in serving bowl and GARNISH WITH some chopped parsley. Makes 4 servings.*
