    Aunt Saunny

    2 tablespoons flour
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
    2 cups hot cooked rice

    Mix ingredients together(chop up tomatoes smaller)except rice, & cook over med.heat. Serve over rice.
