    Aunt Saunny

2 (3.5 oz.) bags boin-in-bag long grain rice (or 2 cups cooked rice)
1 lb. boneless center cut pork chops, cut into bite size pieces
    1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic, divided
1 tsp. ground fresh ginger, divided
1 TBSP dark sesame oil, divided
    2 TBSP hoisin sauce
    2 TBSP rice vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 TBSP. toasted sesame seeds

    1. Cook rice as package directs, but omit salt.
    2. Drain well and set aside.
    3. Toss pork pieces with 1/2 tsp garlic and 1/2 tsp ginger in a medium
    bowl.
    4. In a large skillet heat 2 tsp. sesame oil over mdeium-high heat.
    5. Add the pork and saute 3 minutes or until done.
6.Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
    7. Heat the remaining 1 tsp. sesame oil in the skillet.
    8. Add the remaining tsp of garlic and 1/2 tsp of ginger and saute for
    30 seconds.
    9. Add rice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and vinegar and cook 2 minutes
    stirring constantly.
    10. Stir in the pork and cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    11. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
NOTE: I found this a little too salty for me, so you may want to try
    and use less hoisin sauce.
