Hot Potato Salad
Source of Recipe
"Nana" to Bubbe & Alex
8 cans round sliced potatoes
16-20 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 to 1 1/2 C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 C. green olives, sliced
1/2 C. bacon, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Toss together all of the above ingredients. Place in greased 3 quart
casserole dish and bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
