    Stuffed Olive Cole Slaw

    Aunt Saunny

    1 head cabbage, finely shredded
    1/2 cup carrots, shredded (optional)
    1/4 cup onion, finely chopped, more or less to taste
    3/4 to 1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise, more or less to taste
    1 tbs. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced pimento stuffed olives
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    coarse ground pepper

    In large bowl, combine Best Foods Mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder. Stir in cabbage, carrots, & pimento stuffed olives. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. DO NOT ADD SALT, as the olives are already salty. Chill if desired.
