Turkey Sandwich with CranberryCelery Rel

1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. purchased cranberry sauce
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. mayonnaise
8 slices cinnamon raisin bread, toasted
12 slices cooked turkey breast
Combine cranberry sauce and celery in a bowl. Stir well and set aside. Spread a portion of mayonnaise over each bread slice. Divide turkey between half the bread slices. Spoon cranberry mixture over turkey and top with remaining bread
