Brown Onion Gravy

When you are serving meat loaf or a broiled meat and the men in the
house
want gravy, try this flavorful gravy to make.
3 TB butter
3 TB flour
1 can (13 oz.) French onion soup, undiluted
1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet gravy flavoring
Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Stir in flour; add soup gradually.
Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until gravy is smooth and
thickened. Add flavorings and mix well. Serve hot.
Makes: 2 cups.
