Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients:
1 pound Pork Smoked Sausage
2 tablespoons flour
1 3/4 cups milk
6 biscuits, warmed & halved
Recipe
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain. Sprinkle with flour and stir to blend.
2. Pour in milk slowly, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, cook 1 minute.
Continue to cook until thickened. Serve over biscuits.
