    Chocolate Grahamm Cracker Squares

    8 ounces (8 squares) semisweet chocolate

    1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

    1/4 cup light corn syrup

    8 double graham cracker squares





    1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, letting foil overhang sides of pan.
    2. In a saucepan, heat chocolate, butter, and corn syrup over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate and butter have melted and mixture is smooth. Remove pan from heat.
    3. Break crackers into small pieces; stir into chocolate mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Chill until set, 1 hour.
    4. Using foil as an aid, lift chocolate mixture from pan.Carefully peel away foil. Cut chocolate mixture into 2-inch squares. Refrigerate leftovers.
