Quick and Easy Seafood Bisque

Seafood bisque recipe is made extra quick and easy with clam chowder
and canned or fresh crab meat.
INGREDIENTS:
a.. 1 can condensed clam chowder (about 10 1/2 ounces)
b.. 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) evaporated milk
c.. 4 ounces mushrooms, chopped and sautéed in butter
d.. 1 cup crab meat, drained and flaked (6 1/2 ounce can or use
fresh)
e.. 3 tablespoons cooking sherry
f.. 1 tablespoon butter
g.. fresh chopped parsley, optional
PREPARATION:
Combine clam chowder and the evaporated milk; bring to a boil. Add
mushrooms (if using canned, also add liquid) and crab meat. Heat through.
Just before serving, stir in the sherry and butter. Sprinkle with fresh
chopped parsley, if desired.
Seafood bisque recipe serves 4.
