    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/3 c. water
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients (except egg white). Fold in stiffly-beaten egg white last. Dip okra or other vegetables in batter and fry. Crisp and delicious.
