    Aunt Saunny

    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cabbage, shredded
    1/2 tsp salt

    Melt butter in heavy frying pan on medium heat. Sprinkle cabbage with salt; place in pan with butter. Cover tightly and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
