    Wilted Cabbage w/Cheese Casserole

    Aunt Saunny

    7 cups shredded cabbage
    2 cups boiling water
    1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    Buttered bread crumbs

    Cook cabbage in boiling water until wilted. Drain; place in buttered casserole in alternate layers with cheese and soup. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
    Makes 8-10 servings
