Garlic Cauliflower

1 large cauliflower, head -- separated into florets
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic -- minced
1-tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/8-teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper -- to taste
Break the cauliflower up into florets. Steam the cauliflower in the
microwave or boil in enough until tender, about 8-10 minutes,
depending upon the strength of your microwave. Drain the cauliflower
and place it in serving bowl.
While the cauliflower is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small
skillet and sauté the garlic over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove
from the heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring to mix well.
Pour over the cauliflower, toss to coat and serve immediately.
