Green Bean Bake With a Twist

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Black pepper to taste
2 packages ( 9 ounces each) of frozen green beans, cooked and drained OR: 2 cans ( 1 pound each) green beans drained.
2 cans ( 2.8 ounces each ) French-fried onions
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
What you do:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix in soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper in casserole. Stir in beans and 1 can onions. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Stir well. Top with cheese and then with the remaining onions. Then bake for 10 more minutes
