List of Ingredients
1 quart rhubarb, cut into medium pieces
2 cups sugar
up to 1/2 cup water, if needed
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box strawberry jello
Recipe
Cook rhubarb, sugar and pineapple. If this mixture becomes too thick to cook down rhubarb, add up to 1/2 cup water, a little at a time. When rhubarb is cooked down, add jello. put in jelly jars and store in freezer when cooled.
