    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. (450 grams) thinly sliced, tender beef
    • MARINATING SAUCE:-
    • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp. ground sesame seed
    • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix the marinating sauce thoroughly with the meat. Use your hands. Let stand for 15 minutes to 2 hours.
    2. Cook in hot oil in a frying pan or broil it. Tender beef will be ready quickly. Serve hot with rice.


    Final Comments


    Use the same basic ingredients for stewing beef or braising ribs or even for pork or chicken. Just add more liquid as needed and cover and simmer until tender. For a real treat, marinate steak in the sauce before barbecuing over charcoal.
