    The only modification I did with this recipe is to par boil the ribs in beef broth to tenderize.

    Servings: 4

    Notes: good for beef or chicken(just use chicken broth to par boil for the chicken.)



    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup catsup
    • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, strained
    • 1 teaspoon garlic
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 4 pounds beef back ribs
    • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon msg


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE CATSUP, GINGER, BUTTER, WORCESTERSHIRE, LEMON JUICE, GARLIC, HONEY, AND CORIANDER IN A SAUCEPAN, OVER A MODERATE FLAME
      HEAT TO A BOIL, STIR, REMOVE FROM HEAT, AND SET ASIDE

    2. PLACE MEAT ONTO A ROASTING RACK;RUB WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND MSG. COVER AND CHILL FOR 2-24 HOURS.

    3. PLACE RIBS AND RACK INTO A ROASTING PAN AND ROAST @ 350 FOR 45 MINUTES, BASTE WELL.

    4. CONTINUE COOKING AND BASTING EVERY 15 MINUTES, FOR A TOTAL OF 60-90 MINUTES. ARRANGE ONTO A SERVING PLATTER AND GARNISH AS DESIRED.
