    By substituting a Hawaiian Island marinade sauce for kosher or rock salt, it gives the flavor a south pacific taste with an oriental flare.

    List of Ingredients




    1 5/8 pounds firm white fish fillet, lean
    1/8 cup Hawaiian island Marinade
    2 whole ti leaf

    Hawaiian Island Marinade
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoons fresh Hawaiian ginger root (finely grated)

    Recipe



    1. BASTE FISH WITH MARINADE WELL
    2. PLACE FISH ON TI LEAVES, LENGTHWISE
    3. WRAP WITH ADDITIONAL LEAVES, UNTIL COVERED
    4. SECURE ENDS WITH STRING
    5. PLACE WRAPPED FISH IN A JELLY ROLL PAN
    6. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 30-40 MINUTES
    7. REMOVE TO A PLATTER, CUT TI LEAVES OPEN AND
    SERVE HOT

    Hawaiian Island Marinade

    Combine ingredients and marinate steak, chicken, fish or pork before baking.
