- 1 pkg. chicken wings
- oil and butter for frying
- 1 bottle hot sauce
- ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Separate the wings at each joint and discard the tips.
- Fry in a small amount of oil & butter until nicely browned & cooked through. (May also be baked but be careful they don't get dried out)
- Add the sauce of your choice (I use a cayenne pepper sauce like RedHot), as much or as little as you like. May be served immediately, or chilled and served cold.
- These are often served with a ranch or bleu cheese dip.
