    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. chicken wings
    • oil and butter for frying
    • 1 bottle hot sauce
    • ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping


    Instructions


    1. Separate the wings at each joint and discard the tips.
    2. Fry in a small amount of oil & butter until nicely browned & cooked through. (May also be baked but be careful they don't get dried out)
    3. Add the sauce of your choice (I use a cayenne pepper sauce like RedHot), as much or as little as you like. May be served immediately, or chilled and served cold.
    4. These are often served with a ranch or bleu cheese dip.
