    List of Ingredients


    • 2 well-beaten eggs
    • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    • 1 tsp. soda
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 3 tbsp. light vegetable oil (like canola, etc.)
    • 2 cups sourdough starter


    Instructions


    1. Combine eggs, sugar, soda, salt & oil; stir until well blended. Add sourdough starter & mix well.
    2. Bake in pre-heated waffle iron to your preferred level of doneness. These are light airy waffles; we let them get fairly dark & then they're a little crispy, but if you like a softer waffle, use a lighter setting.
    3. And save any leftover ones - they perk up just like fresh when you reheat in the toaster!
