    No Bake Butterscotch Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. sugar
    • 2 beaten eggs
    • 3/4 c. margarine or butter
    • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
    • 1 c. coconut
    • 1/2 c. pecans
    • 1/2 c. peanut butter
    • 1 6-oz pkg. butterscotch morsels


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar, eggs and margarine over low heat, cooking and stirring constantly for about five minutes.
    2. Cool, then add graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
    3. Place mixture into a lightly buttered 9x13 pan.
    4. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips together and spread over the top.
    5. Refrigerate until firm.
    6. Cut into small squares to serve.

    (These should be kept in the refrigerator in warm weather.)
