List of Ingredients



• CAKE:
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 2 tbsp. baking cocoa
  
• 2 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1/2 cup milk
  
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

• PUDDING:
  
• 1 cup brown sugar
  
• 4 tbsp. baking cocoa
  
• 1/8 tsp. salt
  
• 1-3/4 cups boiling water
  






Instructions



1. Combine flour, sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, baking powder & salt; stir in milk, oil & vanilla extract until smooth.
   
2. Pour in ungreased 9" square pan.
   
3. Combine brown sugar, 4 tbsp. cocoa & salt; sprinkle evenly over cake batter.
   
4. Pour boiling water over all - DO NOT STIR!
   
5. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
   
6. Allow to set a short while before serving, but serve warm.
   
7. Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
