    List of Ingredients


    • CRUST:
    • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1-1/2 cup flour
    • ----------
    • FILLING:
    • 10 oz. pkg white chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup milk or cream
    • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • fruit of choice
    • ----------
    • GLAZE:
    • 6 tbsp. sugar
    • 4-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
    • 3/4 tsp. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Crust:
      Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; blend in flour.
    2. Press mixture on bottom and up the sides of a 12" pizza pan.
    3. Bake 20-25 minutes in 300F oven until lightly browned.
    4. Cool completely.
    5. Filling:
      Melt chips & cream together until smooth (microwave works best); beat in cream cheese.
    6. Cool slightly, spread over cooled crust, cover and chill.
    7. Glaze:
      Combine ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened; cool completely.
    8. Arrange fruit slices of your choice (grapes, bananas, maraschinos, strawberries, kiwis, plums, pineapple tidbits, etc.) overlapping to cover cream cheese filling.
    9. Don't skimp on the fruit.
    10. Drizzle pineapple glaze over fruit; chill before serving.


    Final Comments


    Note: Using soft margarine for the crust will work, but using real butter makes it much more tender and it browns much better too.
