    Rhubarb Crisp (even for rhubarb haters! *)

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 3-4 tbsp. flour
    • 5-6 cups fresh diced rhubarb
    • 1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    • 1-1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine


    Instructions


    1. Mix flour and sugar together, toss with rhubarb.

    2. Place in 9x13 baking dish, sprinkle dry cake mix and chopped nuts over fruit.

    3. Drizzle melted butter over all.

    4. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.

    5. Serve warm or cold.



    Final Comments


    * Of course you don't actually TELL them it's rhubarb until after they've discovered they love it!
