Deviled Eggs

List of Ingredients
9 hard cooked eggs, peeled
3/8 cup mayonnaise
1� tsp. vinegar
1� tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt (scant)
dash of black pepper
Recipe
1. Halve the eggs & scoop out the yolks
2. Mash yolks as smooth as you can
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth
4. Spoon filling into the halves
5. Garnish with paprika, chopped parsley or other pretty sprinkles of choice, or leave them unadorned
