    Mexican Fudge

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 13-oz. can evaporated milk
    • 2 extra-large or jumbo eggs (use 3 if they're smaller)
    • 3 or 4 tbsp. flour
    • 1 pound pepper jack cheese, grated
    • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated


    Instructions


    1. Beat milk, eggs and flour together

    2. Layer cheeses in 9x13 pan and pour milk mixture over cheeses.

    3. Bake 40 minutes at 350F, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    4. Cut into diamonds or squares.

    5. Delicious served either hot or at room temperature.
