- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- salt & pepper to taste
- cajun seasoning if desired
- olive oil as needed
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup salsa or picante sauce
- corn chips or chow mein noodles as needed
Instructions
- Season the chicken and brown in olive oil until cooked through.
- Combine soup and salsa until well blended; pour over chicken. Cover, reduce heat & cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve chicken with crunchy chips or noodles alongside, ladling sauce over all.
