    Spinach Souffle (even for spinach haters *)

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed as dry as possible
    • 1 stick butter or margarine, divided (one half softened, other half melted)
    • 1 cup packaged cornbread stuffing
    • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine spinach, softened butter and cream cheese; mix well.

    2. Spoon into a buttered casserole dish & top with stuffing mix

    3. Drizzle melted butter over all.

    4. Bake 30 minutes at 350F.



    Final Comments


    * Remember you don't TELL them it's spinach . . . until after they see how much they LIKE it! ;->
