List of Ingredients
2 cup canned salmon, drained and flaked
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp smoked flavored cooking sauce
3 Tbsp dried parsley
Opt: 1/2 cup chopped pecans, melba toast, assorted crackers Recipe
Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well. Shape into log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. at serving time, roll in parsley and pecans; if using. Serve with toast or crackers
Makes about 4 cups
