    List of Ingredients





    4 strips bacon
    1 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1-1/2 cups finely diced potatoes
    2 cups water
    1 tsp grated chicken bouillon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups milk
    1 cup light cream
    1 (16oz) package frozen sweet corn
    8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed

    In a 3 quart saucepan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble bacon and set aside. Add onions to bacon grease and saute until tender. Add celery, potatoes, water, bouillon, salt and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add flour to the milk and whisk until smooth. Add to the soup and cook until thickened. Add cream, corn and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
