    Time Saving Cookbook 1962

    List of Ingredients






    2 Tbsp Butter
    2 Tbsp Flour
    2 Cups Chicken Consomme
    1 1lb can salmon, skin and bones removed
    1 cup cream
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup whipped cream
    4 Stuffed Olives

    Melt butter over low heat, stir in flour. Stir in Consomme until thickened. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Salmon and it's liquid. Add cream, season.
    Chill .

    Top with Whipped Cream and Olive Slices.

    Serves 4
