Grilled Vegetables

List of Ingredients
3 ears corn, with husks
1/2 cup salad oil
1 Tbsp oregano
1 tsp salt
2 Zucchini
3 Yellow Squash
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
8 Large Mushrooms
Remove the silk from the corn but leave husks. Soak the corn for 10 minutes in cold water. Remove and dry.
In a mixing bowl blend the salad oil, oregano and salt. Set aside.
Cut the zucchini , yellow squash, green bell and red bell pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Brush all vegetables with the oil mixture.
Prepare the barbeque. Place the vegetables on the grill over med-heat hot coals. Grill for 15 minutes. Baste the vegetables as they cook with the remaining oil.
