    This is an easy and quick appetizer

    List of Ingredients




    1 8 oz. bar cream cheese - softened
    1 15 oz. can hormel chili with beans
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 bag corn chips

    Recipe



    Spread cream cheese in the bottom of 9 inch pie pan.

    Layer chili ontop of cream cheese.

    Shred cheddar cheese and layer on top of cream cheese,

    Cover pie plate with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted.

    Serve hot with corn chips.


    Can use or add monterey jack cheese and garnish with jalapeno peppers when ready to serve.
