    Recipe Introduction

This is another easy tasty recipe

    List of Ingredients

8 oz. can pillsbury crescent rolls
    12 slices large pepperoni
    1/4 lb. shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup prepared tomato sauce (optional)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350.

Separate dough in half at the middle perforated seam.

Seal the perforated triangles together by gently pinching the dough.
On each half of dough, place 6 slices pepperoni overlapping them. Not too close to the edge.

Starting at the shortest side, tightly roll up each rectangle into a short log.
    Pinch tghe seam closed.

Take each log and slice it into eight equal slices. Use a serrated knife so you don't smash the dough. Pinch the dough together on one side of each slice.

Place the sealed side down onto a greased foil-lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the top of each pinwheel with shredded mozzarella.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes.

    Serve with warm tomato sauce.

    Makes 14 to 16 pinwheels.
