    This makes about 60 appetizers

    List of Ingredients




    30 slices cocktail pumpernickel bread, sliced in half on the diagonal
    1 container (10 oz.) creme fraiche
    1/3 lb. thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into bite size pieces
    dill sprigs for garnish

    Recipe



    Spread creme fraiche in a thin layer over each piece of bread. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with dill.
