    Recipe Introduction


    This is a great cookie!

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    One egg

    Recipe



    Stir flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt together.
    Add in -- butter, sugar, vanilla and then beat in the egg.

    Roll into balls and roll them in a mioxture of 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
