    The first "legal treat" I made for myself. It's best with the milder Dutch Process cocoa. Some of the folks on my board cut the cocoa to 2 Tblsp and added 1 more Tblsp of peanut butter.

    3 Tablespoons cocoa
    2 Tablespoons butter
    2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
    1/4 Teaspoon vanilla
    1 Tablespoon peanut butter
    6 packets sugar substitute (you'll have the best flavor if you mix types and don't use all the same)

    Melt butter with cocoa in microwave. Stir well. Add sugar substitute, vanilla, cream, peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and refrigerate.

    NOTES : If using Stevia, use 3 packets sugar substitute and 16 to 20 drops Stevia. If using Splenda, use 3 Tablespoons.
