    Recipe Introduction


    I had these at a friends house and am making them for hubby tonight. They're pretty good. I'm using fresh shrimp though instead of canned.

    List of Ingredients




    Shrimp Cocktail Crescent Snacks

    2 Tb. melted margarine
    1 Tb. prepared horseradish
    1 Tb. ketchup
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (3-1/2 oz) canned shrimp, rinsed and drained
    1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1 Tb. grated parmesan cheese
    sesame seeds

    Combine 1 Tb. margarine, horseradish, ketchup, lemon juice and shrimp and mix well. Separate dough into 8 triangles and cut each in half diagonally to make 16 triangles.

    Place 1 rounded tsp. of shrimp mixture into center of each triangle. Fold wide end of each triangle over filling; fold pointed end over all.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with remaining Tb. margarine. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. Bake 375° for 15-18 minutes.
