    Source of Recipe

Sherry Arnold / Nashville Herb Society

    List of Ingredients

How To Prepare A Pot Of Tea:
Start with cold water in the kettle (cold water has more oxygen).
    Bring to a boil.
Swish some hot water in the pot to warm it. Empty the water out.
Measure one teaspoon of tea per person into the pot.
Pour in the boiling water and steep tea in pot for five minutes.
Remove the tea (steeping too long makes the tea bitter).
