    List of Ingredients




    LEMON CITRUS MUFFINS

    1 pkg lemon cake mix
    1/2 c vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, undrained

    Beat all ingredients in bowl on low speed 2 min.
    Divide batter into muffin cups.

    Bake 15-20 min at 375F.
    Store at room temp.
