    Sausage Muffins

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pound Jimmy Dean Sage or Hot Sausage
    • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
    • 1 cup Bisquick
    • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddaar cheese
    • Pam spray


    Instructions


    1. Cook sausage and onion together and let cool.

    2. Mix Bisquick and mustard together. Add milk and stir until just moist.

    3. Add sausage, onion and cheese.

    4. Stir mixture - the mix will be thick.

    5. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.

    6. Bake until golden brown. Don't over cook.

    7. Remove from tins immediately and serve warm.
