    Biscayne Brunch

    1/4 cup milk
    2 T. margarine
    1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia
    cream cheese, cubed
    1- 12 oz. pkg. medium shrimp,
    cooked
    1- 6 oz. can water chestnuts,
    drained, sliced
    1/2 cup peas, cooked
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1.4 cup dry white wine
    2 T. chopped parsley
    2 T. chopped pimiento
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper

    6 patty shells

    Heat milk, margarine, & cream
    cheese over low heat; stir until
    smooth. Stir in remaining
    ingredients; heat thoroughly.
    Serve in patty shells.
