    MEXICAN CASSEROLE DINNER

    1 pound lean ground beef
    2 cups cooked long grain rice
    1 (103/4-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
    1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1 (13/4-ounce) package dried taco seasoning mix
    3 cups chopped tomatoes
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup coursely crushed corn chips

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium
    heat, stirring occasionally, until browned (5 to 8 minutes). Drain off fat.
    2. Stir in cooked rice, soup, chiles and taco seasoning mix. Spoon into
    ungreased 11 x 7 inch (2 quart) baking dish.
    3. Top with tomatoes, cheese and corn chips. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or
    until heated through.
    (Spicy and layered with tomatoes, cheese and corn chips)
