    Pineapple Casserole

    1 (8oz) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, undrained
    1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 cups (8oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1-1/2 cups round buttery cracker crumbs (about 35 crackers, crushed)
    1/2 cup butter, melted

    Preheat oven to 350º. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a greased 7” x 11” baking dish.

    Combine cracker crumbs and butter, stirring well. Sprinkle mixture evenly over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 40 minutes.
