    List of Ingredients




    1 lb fresh peaches
    1 medium red onion
    1/2 c diced peppers
    1 c sugar
    1 c apple cider vinegar
    1/2 t mustard seed
    1/4 t ground cinnamon
    1/4 t ground cardamom
    1/4 t ground cumin
    1/4 t turmeric
    Pinch of ground cloves

    Recipe



    Directions:
    Peel, seed and dice peaches. Cut red onion into medium dice. Cut peppers or chiles into medium dice. Add oil to sauté pan and heat over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and allow to cook until soft. Add vinegar and sugar. Simmer for about 5 minutes and add peaches. Add spices and cook until peaches are very soft. Remove from heat and serve or place in container for storage. This condiment will taste better after a few days. Peach chutney can be served hot or cold.
