    Salisbury Steak with Gravy

    Quick and delicious!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 small chopped onion
    • 1 egg white
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 tablespoon horseradish
    • Seasoned salt and pepper to taste
    • 9 soda crackers - - finely crushed
    • 1 jar Heinz Rich Mushroom Gravy
    • 2 tablespoons water


    Instructions


    1. Combine all together and mix thoroughly.
    2. Shape into 5 patties.
    3. Brown on both sides, pressing down to flatten slightly.
    4. Combine 1 jar Heinz Rich Mushroom Gravy and water.
    5. Pour over and around steaks, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
