    List of Ingredients




    3 sticks margarine
    2 onions - chopped
    2 bell peppers - chopped
    2 stalks celery - chopped
    2 tsp. minced garlic (in jar)
    1/2 c. flour
    parsley
    1 lb. shrimp - peeled and cleaned
    1 pt. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. fettuccine noodles
    Parmesan cheese

    In Dutch Oven, saute margarine, onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic, about 15 minutes until soft. Add flour and saute 15 minutes until golden brown. Pour in one pint half and half. Cut velveeta in chunks and add to pot stirring until melted. Add extra milk if you want it creamier. Cook fettucini noodles according to package directions drain and pour into pot. Add shrimp and mix gently. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly on sides, about 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
