Angel Hair Casserole

This is a real quick recipe that the kid's absolutely love to help cook (and eat) !!
A favorite recipe of Gina Lebeau.

List of Ingredients




Angel Hair Casserole
1-1 1/2 lb. of hamburger meat
1 pkg. of angel hair pasta
1 jar of Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1-2 pkg. of shredded cheese (we use mozzarella and cheddar)



Recipe



In a skillet, cook the hamburger meat. Add bell pepper and onion to taste. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper. Cook pasta per package directions. In a casserole dish, spread a small amount of meat sauce (to prevent sticking). Add the pasta then top with the remaining sauce. You can make it as saucy as you like. We stir the pasta and the sauce together. Top with cheese and bake in a 350-375 deg. oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
